Does a decanter change how whisky tastes?
Honestly, no. Whisky is stable and does not need to breathe like wine. A decanter is about ritual and looks, which is exactly why it should be beautiful. Our guide to choosing a whisky decanter covers the details.
Is the glass lead-free?
Yes. Our decanters are hand-blown from recycled glass, not lead crystal, so spirits can be stored in them without the concerns that come with older cut crystal.
How much do the decanters hold?
The whisky set decanter holds around 500ml with a 70ml tumbler, and the mini decanters at 20cm to 24cm suit smaller pours or double as water carafes. Sizes are on each listing.
Do they make good gifts?
