Every molten glass piece is hand-blown in Bali and fused over gamal wood, so the glass takes the shape of the grain and no two are quite the same. Our glass terrariums come in brass-finish frames or on tung wood bases, ready for an air plant or a little moss; plants are not included. Either way, you are giving something they will keep for years.

Ordering for Christmas: we dispatch in 1 to 2 working days and UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, so allow a comfortable week in December. Transit damage is replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours, and returns are accepted within 14 days.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

We dispatch in 1 to 2 working days and UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. December carriers get busy, so ordering at least a week ahead is the comfortable window.

What if they don't like it?

Returns are accepted within 14 days under UK consumer law. Full details are in our return and refund policy.

Do the pieces really vary that much?

Yes, and deliberately so. Each one is hand-blown over natural wood, so colour, pattern and size differ slightly from the photographs. The piece you give will differ a little from every other.

What if it breaks in the post?

Tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Can I send it straight to the person it is for?

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. Parcels go out in plain packaging with no invoice or prices inside. We don't offer gift wrap or gift messages, so you may like to send a card separately.
