Shipping policy

This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, what it costs and how we protect your order on its journey to you. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Where we ship

At present we ship to the United Kingdom only.

Order processing

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, so you always know the full cost before paying.

Packaging

Our pieces are made of glass and are genuinely fragile, so we take packaging seriously. Each order is carefully wrapped in protective packaging designed to keep your piece safe in transit.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is provided, we will share your tracking details so you can follow your order on its way to you.

Damaged in transit

On the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@adelligroup.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging, and keep all of the packaging until your claim is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details of how we handle faulty or damaged items and how this fits with your statutory rights.

Failed delivery or incorrect address

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Where a parcel is returned to us or needs to be sent again, redelivery or reshipping costs may apply.

Delays

We do our best to get every order to you on time, but carrier delays can occasionally happen and are outside our direct control. If your order is delayed, please get in touch and we will do what we can to help resolve it.
