UK delivery times
Each piece is hand-blown recycled glass fused over reclaimed Balinese gamal wood, so no two are quite the same. We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, and most UK orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Careful, protective packaging
Glass and wood deserve to travel well. Every order is cushioned and boxed by hand to protect the recycled glass and timber in transit. We use recycled and recyclable materials wherever we can, in keeping with our sustainable approach, so the packaging can be reused or recycled once your piece is safely unwrapped.
If your item arrives damaged
We pack carefully, but glass is fragile and accidents in transit can happen. If something arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right quickly.
- Take a few clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- Email them to us with your order number.
- We will arrange a quick replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
You do not need to post a damaged item back before we help. Just send the photos and we will take it from there.
Returns window and how to return
If a piece is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

- Pack the piece securely, using the original protective packaging if you still have it.
- Once it reaches us safely, we will process your refund or exchange.
