How ordering works

1. Email us what you have in mind. Your business name and website or social profile, the pieces or collections you are interested in, rough quantities and any dates you are working to.

2. We confirm supply and lead times. Because every molten glass piece is one of a kind, we talk through quantities and timing per order rather than publishing a fixed trade catalogue. Nothing is committed until we have confirmed feasibility.

3. We agree pricing per order. Pricing depends on the quantities and pieces involved, and we reply within 1 to 2 working days.
