Every Molten Root piece begins as waste glass and forgotten wood, and ends as something worth keeping for years.

And if anything arrives less than perfect, we replace transit damage at no cost and accept returns within 14 days. Every order is packed specifically for fragile glass.
Yes. The glass is melted down and re-blown at high temperature, then hand-finished. Wash by hand before first use and treat it as you would any fine glassware: no dishwasher, and no sudden temperature changes.
Very close, never identical. Every piece is hand-blown over natural wood, so colour, glass pattern and dimensions vary slightly. That variation is the point: theirs will be the only one like it.
We dispatch in 1 to 2 working days and UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Ordering about a week ahead keeps things comfortable.
Tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Every order is packed for fragile glass.
