This is a double candle holder made from hand-blown recycled glass fused over a base of reclaimed Balinese gamal wood, a piece of natural molten glass on wood decor that holds two tealights or small candles.
Each holder is shaped by hand: molten recycled glass is poured and allowed to relax over a slice of reclaimed gamal wood, so the glass settles into the timber's natural contours and forms two soft wells for your candles. Care
Hand wash only with warm water and a soft cloth, then dry straight away. Do not put any piece in the dishwasher, microwave or oven. Avoid soaking the wood or leaving it in standing water, and keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the colour. A little food-safe oil now and then keeps the wood looking its best.
